“My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner at Sette. Prior to reserving them for our big dinner, we went to try the food as normal guests first. The food was incredible and the service was great. Allan, the owner, was walking around that evening greeting each guest. When he made his way to our table, we mentioned that we were considering Sette for our rehearsal dinner. Allan went back to check if the day was available and it was. He got us all the information that night and held the reservation for a few days while we weighed options.We ultimately went with Sette for the dinner, and it was a perfect evening. Allan got us the menu a few days beforehand and allowed us to make slight modifications prior to the event. They served us a delicious 4 course meal plus dessert. Allan was a huge help in planning such a wonderful evening. The atmosphere was perfect, we had the place to ourselves, the food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly.We would recommend Sette and Allan to anybody looking for a great meal at a more intimate venue. We also recommend Sette as a venue for special events (up to 18 people, we had 17 for ours and we fit perfectly. More than 18 people would have still been fine, but it would have been a more awkward fit). Allan does a fantastic job of setting the table for a lovely event.“

“We were attending the Chiller Theater Friday night and knew it would be late when we would be leaving. We prefer local restaurants over chains when traveling so we googled "Pizza near us" and your ad came up.Ordering online was easy! Estimated delivery time of 45 min was acceptable.We met the driver in the lobby of our hotel and enjoyed a delicious hot meal at 9pm! We will definitely call again when in Parsippany!!“

“Even though Google says they open at 11 am. I called to push my luck and to my surprise they were open and I called them at 10:30 am! The owner of the restaurant Anthony picked up the phone. He is the most sweetest man I have ever spoke with on the phone. This is my first time ordering a huge order for my work place and he helped me plan everything and I was so nervous to because it's my first ordering for my work place and trying out NJ pizza. I only know NYC pizzas lol. I am getting off topic here. I highly recommend this place for anyone. They are so welcoming and you can definitely tell they care about their clients needs. Their pizzas is just as good as NYC.“

“This place is always my first stop when flying back home. It’s so easy to place an order online, and if I time it once we hit 78, it’s ready to be picked up on the way home from EWR. The sandwiches are always fresh, delicious, and they live up to every memory of growing up in NJ. Trust me when I tell you that these sandwiches are the stuff dreams are made of. Absolute Core Memory stuff. Make sure to grab a few arancini, with some sauce to dip with and complete the flavor profile. And of course a cannoli or two.“

“I've been wanting to come here for so long, and for my Morris county friends who grew up in the Italian triangle (Belleville Bloomfield nutley) this is the best kept secret. This is the real deal, they even have nastos desserts from Newark. Super happy to order Easter pies from here and they stock my beloved San bernadetto iced tea! “Had the pleasure of stumbling upon this gem for dinner. We were able to walk in around 8pm and be seated quickly. The restaurant was big with many dining rooms, a bar and w beautiful outdoor area which opens up in the warmer weather. We were greeted by the owner himself, Marco and he sat us fairly quickly. He was so nice, the second he brought us the menu he said, "if there's anything not anything on this menu that you want, just let me know" which was already unique in itself. We were all able to find something for each of us on his pretty extensive menu, he had everything you would find at a typical Italian restaurant. When you sit down, you get a bread basket and a little bowl of bruschetta with balsamic vinegrette which was a great start. The wine selection was nice and the co*cktails were great. We ordered with the burrata for our app which was good. For our entrees we got the orchiette, jumbo shrimp pasta and gnocchi with vodka sauce. All of it was so good. The jumbo shrimp sauce with the angel hair made the dish and the vodka sauce for my gnocchi was to die for, in addition to them being pillowy goodness. Our only regret is that we wish we had saved room for dessert. Looking to coming back here for their outdoor patio!“

“Visiting from Chicago and I have to say this was the best Italian sandwich I’ve ever had. I got the chicken milanese which was perfect because I love fried cutlets. It had the perfect balance of flavors with the roasted red peppers and other toppings. It was a big enough portion to satiate my appetite and gave me energy for the rest of the day. I’m sure any of the other sandwiches are also the best in their category. And you can see behind the retail front where they make everything in house. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.“

“I am giving Lucco five stars, but with a caveat. First, their food is outstanding. That's why they deserve the five stars. And I believe most reviews should be based on the merrit of the food and not on "how long someone had to wait" or "all the meals didn't come out at the same time".Anyone who has been here knows that it is SUPER LOUD in there, hence the atmosphere rating.My biggest issue is their takeout. I understand wanting to prioritize the patrons on location at the moment, that's legit money being made right there, however, if they do choose to go that route, they should either stop or pause delivery and togo orders during their "peak" hours. It's frustrating to place an order only to have to wait 30 minutes for it to be "accepted" and then being told it will be another hour before it's delivered. For me personally, no big deal, however, I can see that being very offputting for the majority of the food ordering public. Just my two cents as someone who is now 47 and has been in customer service since I was 14, a good amount of that time in the food industry.“

“I've been here for a year, and just now do I discovered this most amazing Italian Deli.(Only 2.5 miles from my hotel)The owner SAl was Incredibly cordial and extremely hospitable apon my entering the store, he could pretty much tell I wasn't sure about what I wanted and offered me some samples and answered all my questions, so helpful.( I say customer service is not dead. “Mosaico is a lovely restaurant and with a reservation on the early side (6 pm), it was quiet and service was great! The calamari was especially good and everyone enjoyed their meals. “We were immediately seated upon arrival at our reservation time. Bread and brushetta brought to our table. Our Server, Steve took our drink orders while we reviewed the menu. My wife had a lovely cabertnet and I had a perfectly crafted Negroni. I ordered the grilled artichoke appetizer which was excellent. My wife ordered Chicken Rossini which she loved and I ordered the Farfalle with shrimp. It was terrific. Food came out quickly (considering how busy they were) and was very hot. We both brought home leftovers to enjoy another day. Sadly, no room for desert. We love this gem which is so close to home.“

“GLUTEN FREE!! Just left the BEST Italian dinner I can remember having. I didn’t see gluten free advertised anywhere but they assured me once I was there that they have gf pizza and pasta. Rumors have it in the pizza world, is you ever wanna try a places best pizza always order a personal pie, that will tell you how they really are. So I ordered a personal Mushroom, Plain and a specialty one. Let me tell you this, IF you like a good crunch pizza..... On every bite.... Good flavor that stands tall..... This is the place to go.... ABSOLUTELY, so far, one of the best around.... This hole in a wall will surprise the s#$& out of you. Next time I will go for a full size pie and tell you how that goes....It will be interesting... I have been in places where I love there personal size and didn't like there full size....and let me add..... It was so good that I ate the personal Mushroom before I got home and I love down the road in Morristown... That's how good this wasI AM TELLING YOU if you like a crunch to your pizza, and you eat the whole slice.... This places personal pie is just for you....The two guys behind the counter was extremely nice... One had to be the owner, a bigger guy great personality and knew his stuff.... “I came upon this place through a friend's recommendation, and he was spot on! A good indicator of how delicious the food will be is the taste emanating from the to go bags. It was tough to sit in the car with that phenomenal aroma. Although we didn't try the pizza, the entrées we opted with were delicious. We ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce, and that was pretty good. The chicken cheesesteak with the works (onions, peppers, and mushrooms) were fully loaded. The vegetables were at the bottom and the chicken was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese. I loved the well toasted bun that was very crispy. “Once in awhile you come across a business owner who takes enormous pride in their products, and makes them as though they are making it for their own family. I called Cioffi's and got Jerry the owner, who helped make my friend's birthday extra special by honoring my request for a heart-shaped pizza to be delivered to his house on his birthday. Jerry was in on it from the moment I explained what I wanted, as excited and joyful about the surprise as I hoped our friend would be! He was excited about our idea, excited for my friend, and excited to play his part in the whole thing. He even sent me texts as he was preparing it and just before he gave it to the delivery guy. “We visited Columbia Inn with a group of 8. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had a great experience at Columbia Inn. This being my first time there I think they are known for their extremely thin crust pizza. Had some house wine and a pistachio martini both very good. Fried calamari for the entire table that was good. We all ordered pizza and different ones to split. I had the eggplant pizza with mushrooms. It was fantastic. All their pizzas were delicious and all thin, crusty and well done. The dinner ended with some desserts and cappuccino. Casual atmosphere close quarters at Columbia. “When we decided to make a reservation here I was concerned because the parking situation in Madison is difficult. IlGoccino has parking in the rear of the restaurant so it was fine. The staff were warm and welcoming and they honored our reservation on arrival. The food was excellent - the salmon cooked to perfection and the chicken was tender and delicious as well. “We had dinner in the dining room. A great space behind the pizzeria area in front. We were on the early side of a Friday night and they space for us, but would recommend a reservation. It was full by the time we left. Food was great. The fresh bread and mushroom app special was exceptional. It’s BYO and a short walk to wine store on south street. We met one of the owners who offered a suggested wine pairing for my entree. We were happy to learn they are passionate about quality and sourcing of their food. Shrimp is from gulf and not international where they destroy environments and abuse people. They grow their own fresh herbs in front window (yes those are for the kitchen) and with grow lights in a closet. Looking forward to coming back to try the pizza.“
